Driver duties.

At Big Brother Transportation we are taking every necessary step to avoid COVID-19 exposure.  Our drivers are required to report any unusual change in health immediately. Whenever possible they are to practice social distancing. Drivers will ensure that you have access to hand sanitizer and wipes the entire duration of your service. 



Customer duties

Please utilize our hand sanitizer products when entering and exiting the bus. If the client or a guest of a client become ill before services are rendered please notify Big Brother Transportation so that services can be rescheduled. Rescheduling due to illness will not cause a loss of deposit or extra charges. 



Owner duties

​As the owner of Big Brother Transportation, I am committed to excellence service and safety. Hospital grade disinfectant will be used for proper sanitation before, during and after service. I am providing my employees as well as clients the resources to properly sanitize whenever needed. Employees have also been properly educated on the importance of sanitation and disinfecting and will adhere to all CDC as well as state and local protocol.
